BA Series overview
The A&D BA Series is a range of 10 premium micro and semi-micro analytical balances reading from 0.001 mg (1 µg) to 0.1 mg with capacities of 6.2 g to 220 g. It is A&D's flagship analytical line, with automatic opening/closing breeze-break doors for hands-free, draft-controlled weighing and, on BA-T models, a 5-inch colour touchscreen. Internal calibration, a smart-range function with automatic resolution switching, impact-shock detection with 50-event logging, and user-access-control password protection support data integrity in regulated environments. Comprehensive connectivity — USB, RS-232C, Ethernet, and Bluetooth — plus GLP/GMP/ISO-compliant output and Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement (ACAI) make the BA Series suited to demanding pharmaceutical, R&D, and analytical-chemistry laboratories that need microgram resolution with modern data management.
