What do IP65, IP67, and IP69K mean for a fish or meat scale?

IP65 withstands splashes and low-pressure spray; IP67 is dust-tight and survives submersion to 1 metre for 30 minutes; IP69K — the highest rating — withstands direct high-pressure, high-temperature hose-down.
