Who you buy from

• Sales to customers in the UAE are made and invoiced by Abdul Rahim Abdul Karim Co. (ARAK), our showroom company behind the Old Gold Souk, next to City Gold Hotel, Deira, Dubai.
• Sales to customers outside the UAE are made and invoiced by AND GULF FZE, Street N405, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Both trade as A&D Gulf, the authorised distributor of A&D Company, Limited (Japan).

Prices and VAT

Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams; quotations for customers outside the UAE can be issued in US dollars. Where a price is shown "including VAT" it includes 5% UAE VAT. Exports are zero-rated. Your proforma invoice states the final price, delivery and payment terms for your order.

Orders and payment

• Orders are dispatched or handed over once payment is received in full, unless other terms are agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfer against our proforma invoice, or cash. We do not take card payments.

Calibration

A calibration certificate is available on request.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of the seller until paid for in full.
