What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us. When you use an enquiry or quotation form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the product or model you are asking about, and your message.
• Messages you send us directly. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the contact details and the content of that correspondence as part of handling your enquiry.
• Website usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, and how you found us. This uses cookies; you can block or clear them in your browser at any time.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver and support the products you buy, and keep ordinary business records of our correspondence in our customer-management system. We use analytics data to improve the website.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists — the details you send with an enquiry are used to respond to that enquiry.

Who processes it for us

Like most businesses, we rely on a small number of service providers to run our systems: form-delivery and messaging infrastructure (including Cloudflare), Google Analytics for usage statistics, Meta/WhatsApp when you choose to contact us there, and the hosting of this website and of our customer-management system. These providers process data on our behalf, and some operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep normal business records of quotations, orders and support. If you would like something removed sooner, ask us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@andgulf.com and we will respond. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the site or contact us.
