Does A&D Gulf calibrate instruments not purchased from A&D Gulf?
- Yes. A&D Gulf provides traceable calibration services for any A&D Japan instrument regardless of where it was purchased — including instruments acquired through other distributors or previous owners. All calibration is performed by factory-trained technicians using internationally traceable reference weights, and certificates document the instrument, the reference standards used, and the results obtained.

Which GCC countries does A&D Gulf cover for on-site services?
- A&D Gulf performs on-site calibration and technical support anywhere in the UAE from our JAFZA headquarters in Jebel Ali, Dubai, and through our own people in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah and nearby cities) and Pakistan (Karachi and Lahore). Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are supplied and supported from Dubai: instruments are calibrated at our JAFZA laboratory and returned with full documentation, and technical support is provided remotely.

- Calibration is the process of verifying and certifying that an instrument's measurements are accurate against a traceable reference standard — the output is a calibration certificate. Technical support covers repair, maintenance, and fault diagnosis to keep instruments operational.
