Delivery and collection

Payment comes first

Orders are dispatched or handed over once payment is received in full, unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer against our proforma invoice, or cash. We do not take card payments.

Delivery in the UAE

• Delivery anywhere in the UAE, including Dubai, is a flat AED 50 per order, shown on your proforma invoice before you pay.
• Stocked instruments are dispatched after payment; the delivery date is confirmed with your order. Instruments not held in stock are ordered from A&D Japan and the lead time is confirmed before you pay.

Collection

• Collection from our Jebel Ali Free Zone office by appointment, Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:00 and Friday 8:00 to 12:00. We arrange the free zone gate pass for you.
• Collection from our Deira showroom, behind the Old Gold Souk next to City Gold Hotel, every day from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00.

Delivery outside the UAE

Outside the UAE we ship by courier or freight forwarder. Freight is quoted as a separate line on your proforma invoice. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are paid by the buyer; we do not sell on delivered-duty-paid terms.
