The A&D AD-4961 Series is an in-motion checkweigher (3 models) that weighs products as they travel along a conveyor line, with a high-precision digital load cell achieving detection sensitivity of 0.08 g (3σ) and capacities up to 600 g–6,000 g depending on model. It rejects under- and over-weight items automatically at throughputs of 50–400 pieces per minute, with a touch-panel interface storing up to 100 products across 10 groups. IP65 washdown, hygienic stainless-steel construction, and HACCP-compliant design make it suited to food and pharmaceutical production lines that need 100% weight inspection without slowing the line. At A&D the series has been succeeded by the AD-4961A generation (HPDF digital filter, wireless LAN); A&D Gulf supports installed AD-4961 units. A&D Gulf supplies the series from stock in Jebel Ali (JAFZA), Dubai, with internationally traceable calibration certificates, UAE & GCC delivery, and factory-trained technical support.
